Rosa Bonilla has been named Shipping Coordinator for Gatto Industrial Platers, Inc. In this position she will be responsible for overseeing all shipping activities for the company, including planning and dispatching truck pickups and deliveries, communicating with customers about the status of their orders and coordinating with the Customer Support team to ensure that all orders are scheduled and completed on time,
President George Gatto, Jr. in announcing the promotion said:
“Rosa has been a valuable addition to our company since joining us in 2018. She came to us with experience in both shipping and customer service and has continued to be willing to expand her responsibilities with us.”
Gatto recognized in 2019 that its growing business would require refining some roles in its shipping department. Bonilla was identified as the best person to be appointed Shipping Coordinator, given her combination of organizational skills and customer service experience.
