New Holland is updating its T7 series with the North America introduction of the completely redesigned T7 Standard Wheelbase (SWB) tractor.With three models (T7.190, T7.210 and T7.225), New Holland positions the new T7 Standard Wheelbase as a compact, multi-purpose tractor designed to cover a broad mix of farm work. The company highlights its maneuverability and a comfort-oriented cab, alongside connected features and efficiency upgrades, presenting the T7 SWB as a productivity focused platform for a wide range of applications and operating needs.

The new T7 Standard Wheelbase is engineered around the driving experience, pairing a compact package with higher capability for mixed farm work. A redesigned front axle cuts the turning radius by 20% versus previous T7 models, improving manoeuvrability in tight spaces. For beef and dairy operations, the added agility helps operators move more efficiently through feed alleys, barn entrances and crowded yards, reducing time lost to multi-point turns and supporting smoother daily routines. The front axle update also contributes to a smoother ride, improving comfort over long shifts.
The T7 SWB keeps the same wheelbase as other T7 Series tractors but raises vehicle weight to 16,000 lb and increases payload to 11,000 lb, bringing operating performance toward the top of the segment. The added mass and capacity improve stability when handling heavy implements or working with a full loader bucket. Under a new sloping hood, a 6.7L engine with a 750-hour service interval is tuned to deliver maximum power at 1,500 rpm to reduce fuel use and noise. Engine Power Management adds 22 to 25% extra power under load, helping maintain performance while supporting fuel efficiency.
Built for a wide range of farm applications, the T7 SWB can be specified with either a 24×24 Dynamic Command dual clutch transmission or a 3-range Auto Command CVT. Dynamic Command adds a brake to clutch function aimed at repetitive stop-and-go work, such as loader handling and baling, helping maintain productivity while reducing operator fatigue over a full day. The Dynamic Command setup is also positioned as a segment-leading solution for fuel consumption, supporting efficiency across long operating hours. On the uptime side, the tractor integrates FieldOps machine and field management, delivering real-time operating data and insights to support more precise decisions and improve overall performance efficiency while limiting unplanned downtime.
Cab comfort is a central part of the T7 SWB update, starting with a redesigned cab suspension system offered in mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic configurations. Combined with front axle suspension, the setup is intended to improve ride comfort and stability on uneven ground, supported by added roll control. The tractor also adopts an upgraded Horizon cab aimed at a more spacious working environment, with improved climate control, lower in-cab noise and a simplified control layout.
Visibility has been reworked without increasing cab size. Slimmer corner posts, a redesigned hood and an optional panoramic roof panel are intended to widen sightlines, supporting tasks that depend on precision and a clear view, such as loader work. Day-to-day usability has been refined around service and hookups: pressure release levers and a clearer layout of hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic connections speed up implement coupling, while integrated steps and handrails improve access. Additional practical features include multiple storage points, a sliding toolbox, a water tank and easier battery access. In the cab, the latest operator interface is paired with an IntelliView 12 touchscreen display and a SideWinder armrest that can be configured to match operator preferences. Externally, the T7 SWB adopts New Holland’s latest design language with a revised hood, updated lighting signature and the Dynamic Blue colour.
