IDEAg Group LLC announces that the Dakotafest farm show will return to Mitchell, South Dakota, Aug. 20-22. The event will feature approximately 500 companies showcasing the latest innovations available to farmers in the Midwest.
As an official Dakotafest sponsor, Sioux Nation Ag Center will provide attendees with live chute demonstrations. In addition, attendees can experience the Swine Education Building to visit with veterinarians, stay up-to-date on animal health issues and explore the latest in animal health technologies.
“We’ve been involved with Dakotafest for many years and it’s been a great partnership,” said Ray Schut, director of marketing with Sioux Nation Ag Center. “We look forward to providing area farmers and ranchers with the education and resources they need to succeed with their livestock operations.”
The show is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central on Tuesday and Wednesday, Aug. 20-21, and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central on Thursday, Aug. 22. Visitors are asked to check Dakotafest.com for ticketing information.
