AEM Announces Selection for the 2021 Sae Award

Established in 1996, this award recognizes outstanding young engineers in the off-highway or powerplant industry. Qualified candidates should be nominated by their managers, with the nomination supported by an SAE member.

Rewarding them for their efforts will only lead to greater success and encourage others who will strive for the same recognition.”

Nominees for the 2021 SAE/AEM Outstanding Young Engineer Award should:

  • Be noteworthy young engineers in the off-highway or powerplant industries
  • Have less than 10 years of industry experience
  • Display exceptional innovation, leadership, innovation, teamwork, integrity, and community involvement
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities through their involvement in – and support of – SAE activities.

The deadline to submit nominations is March 1.
