Outstanding Comfort and Operability

The TL723 and TL923 were designed to incorporate sleek and efficient Bobcat R-Series styling and enhanced visibility. The low-profile boom sits below operator eye level to provide an open view of the surroundings. The redesigned engine basket sits lower for increased line of sight. Front, top and rear window wipers help keep windows free of debris and precipitation. Multiple mirrors on the operator’s left and right provide added visibility when working in confined areas. The redesigned cab builds upon the Bobcat tradition of operator-centered design with high

visibility, excellent ergonomics, a comfortable suspension seat, efficient HVAC system, and an easy-to-read, instrumentation panel that Bobcat equipment operators will find familiar across R-Series machines. Bobcat telehandler cabs are designed and tested to Roll-Over Protection Structure (ROPS) and Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) level II standards.

A single, intuitive multi-control joystick dictates the travel direction, lift and tilt functions, boom extension, and auxiliary hydraulics. It also allows operators to control several machine functions at the same time and from one control point, enabling more precise control and higher productivity without having to remove their hand from the joystick.

Fingertip control access makes operation smooth and comfortable. On the front side of the joystick, the directional switch for forward, neutral and reverse can be operated with the index finger. The 2-speed travel switch, lift-arm float, boom extension, machine function settings and auxiliary hydraulics are located on the rear of the joystick.

The four smallest models, the G1100 and G1200 and their tele-versions, have been constantly optimised in recent years. Lots of new extra options for these machines are also now available.

Since their appearance some years ago, the smallest members of the Tobroco-Giant wheel loader family became very popular not only in construction, but also with companies working in landscaping and gardening.

In a time when well-trained employees are scarce while work and deadlines create more and more pressure, the importance of having a versatile and compact motorised helper has considerably increased. At the same time, it is also very important to improve the working conditions for employees. This enables them to manage the great variety of different duties in a safe and healthy manner.

For this reason, today many tasks, such as delivering of material within the building site, minor transporting and excavating tasks, which have been done by hand for a long time, are now delegated to compact machines. They have to be able not only to work within limited space while providing a high performance, but simultaneously they must be transported easily from one site to the next and be deployable for a lot of different purposes.

Small weight – great flexibility

With a service weight of only 1.100 kg for the G1100 and G1200 and 1.200 kg for the G1100 TELE and G1200 TELE the compact machine are easily and quickly transported on a common car trailer from one working site to the next. The attachments, playing their role in the incredible versatility of the machine, can also be put on the trailer with no trouble at all. All the same the smallest Giants really live up to their name “Giant Ant”, because they are able to almost lift their own weight. The tele-versions of the two models still offer a lifting capacity of 750 kg.

The small powerhouses are driven by four strong Poclain wheel engines, which provide surprisingly high push and pull forces and are known to be really low maintainance. Due to the hydrostatic four wheel drive with automotive control, the wheel loaders show very comfortable driving characteristics. The electrically controlled slip differential makes sure all four wheels stay safely on the ground all the time. To change between forward and backward is made very easy with an electrical switch.

The flexibility of the machines is based on the right range of attachments. Tobroco-Giant has a team of engineers who are specialized on attachments, they are focused on developing new and improving existing attachments. This is reflected in the complete line of attachments for the G1100 and G1200 models. Whether it is a sweeper, tree grab or soil bucket, the GIANT attachments are specifically designed for these machines and guarantee the best performance and efficiency.

A lot of optimising

Even when the machines haven’t changed a lot from the outside, there have been made quite a few technical changes on them: The engines (20hp for the G1100 and 25 hp for G1200) are now Stage V engines according to international standard. As well there are protective plates on the bottom and on the front on the machine to protect it against damage by branches, rocks, etc.

To make transport and the lifting of the machine easier there are now lifting eyes provided. This way, it can be tightly fixed on the trailer and transported to its destination and, if necessary, easily lifted over a wall. The machine can be supplied with narrowed mudguards making it even more narrow and to go 87,5 cm literally through every door.

New options available for more individual adaption

Now there are – apart from the above mentioned changes of the standard model – more options for G1100 and G1200 (Tele) available. For a more comfortable way of working there is a mechanically suspended seat including safety belt, armrest and backrest on offer. Furthermore, there is a transport securing device so you can block the arm in all directions by just pressing a button. Another option is the hose rupture protection in combination with floating position and transport securing device. As well, it is possible to order the machines with road specification from the factory.

Exclusively for the G1200 and the G1200 Tele there are two extra options: Either the HD driving mechanism or a higher driving speed (up to 19 km/h) can be chosen. HD stands for “Heavy Duty” and provides 45% more pulling force than the standard version. A higher driving speed makes a lot of sense if material must be loaded, unloaded or transported over longer distances.

A lot of arguments for the “little ones”

With the help of the new details, the two models offer even more comfort in handling the machine and can even more reliably when taking over different tasks in construction, landscaping and gardening be it lifting, transporting, loading, digging or cleaning, there are nearly no limits.

In addition, the two tele-versions load can load great heights or store and fetch material from high rise racks. Compared to their service weight, they life an impressive amount. Due to their small weight, can also they work without damaging the surface. Smaller machines also have the added benefit of lifting in remote places like inside buildings or internal courtyards that are impassable for normal machines.

With 26,600-lb maximum capacity, this telehandler is purpose-built to handle and haul heavy, bulky materials; load and unload trucks and trailers and help maintenance and repair personnel work on larger fleet equipment. The JLG 2733 telehandler offers 33-ft of maximum lifting height and an 8,000-lb capacity at maximum reach for excellent capability throughout the entire load chart.

“The 2733 is designed to be a versatile machine that can adapt to a wide variety of job site challenges, as well as tackle demanding pick-and-carry applications in above-ground mining, wind energy, oil and gas, industrial construction and large-scale commercial construction projects,”

says John Boehme, JLG senior product manager, telehandlers.

In fact, Boehme continues, with the wide range of specialized attachments available for high-capacity telehandlers, this new model can replace more traditional machines, such as wheel loaders, that traditionally come with higher rental rates.

“The 2733 can take the place of wheel loaders, in certain applications where greater lift height and forward reach is desired,”

says Boehme.

“Compared to a wheel loader, the 2733 offers greater versatility due to its lift height and forward reach, as well as better maneuverability due to its compact size, better travel speed and terrainability.”

The 2733 is equipped with performance-enhancing productivity features, including a two-speed hydrostatic transmission with optional ride control and boom float to improve load stability and promote smoother operation on uneven terrain. It also features a class-leading outside turning radius to provide excellent maneuverability on crowded job sites. This model’s spacious cab offers operators superior comfort with excellent visibility and intuitive controls.

Designed to give operators the ability to work with greater confidence, the 2733 comes standard with JLG’s Load Stability Indication (LSI) system, which senses when the telehandler reaches forward load capacity. It is also engineered with precision gravity lowering and soft stop boom controls to provides operators with better boom control for precision placement.

To further inspire operator confidence, JLG’s proprietary SmartLoad Technology is an available option on this new telehandler. The technology in this system combines attachment recognition with real-time load data, allowing operators to handle materials with greater confidence. This three-part system includes attachment recognition, longitudinal stability indication (LSI) and a load management indication system (LMIS).

The 2733 can also be equipped with an optional right-side electronic mirror to give operators enhanced visibility on the right side of the machine This system has three components: Two cameras (one facing forward and one facing the rear), an internal display located inside the cab and right-side cameras that replace the typical right-side external mirror.

Other optional features include a multifunction display and a reverse sensing system. The multifunction display features integrated, electronic load charts, a reversing camera, diagnostics and analyzer capability to further assist the operator during machine operation. The reverse sensing system is designed to alert the operator of rear obstructions with an audible alarm. This feature helps operators be more aware of their surroundings, especially on busy job sites.

The new 2733 telehandler is the third model in the JLG high-capacity telehandler line, which also includes the 1644 and 1732 models.

With the telehandler KT557, Kramer has introduced a new type of machine in the previous range of Mr. Antczak’s equipment because it’s absolutely versatile, efficient and sturdy. Mr. Antczak, together with his brother and son, Sebastian, has been managing their mixed farm since several years. They carry out work around the farm as well as on the 500 hectares of land and the 300 milk cows.

With their first Kramer machine KT557, they could work with greater flexibility, having already proven itself after a couple of months.

“It´s very rarely that our new telehandler leaves our farm yard without a trailer,”

underlines Mr. Antczak.

Most of the time, about 30% or more, the KT557 is used for working in combination with a trailer.

Every second day it pulls two fully loaded trailers with corn silage from fields from over 30 kilometers away. Moreover, it shows exceptionally versatile usage over the different seasons. In general, the machine is often taken for straw bale transport. During the summer, its primary application is transporting trailers with grass bales. Additionally, during harvest, it often pulls two trailers with 9 tons of grain each.

To meet all these work requirements, the machine has been equipped with many other advantageous options. That includes a pneumatic trailer brake, a tractor-homologation, an automatic central lubrication system, a rear view camera, an automatic bucket reverse valve (SRA), and a tilt cylinder shaking function, as well as a height adjustable automatic trailer coupling.

To ensure all that work around the farm can be done quickly, the typical Kramer quickhitch plate with three different attachments. Beside the pallet fork for simple stacking work, with the standard bucket without teeth and the bale grapple also utilized on a daily basis.

Kramer range of telehandlers with emission stage V

The compact model KT276 complies with the EU emission stage V with a 55 kW Kohler engine and exhaust emission treatment with a diesel oxidation catalytic converter (DOC) and diesel particle filter (DPF). The models KT306, KT356, KT307, KT357, KT407, KT457 (successor of the KT447), KT507 and KT429 are still equipped with the Deutz TCD 3.6 engine with level V and 100 kW power, which complies with the level V exhaust emission. For this purpose, the exhaust emission treatment with DOC and SCR will be supplemented with a DPF as standard. The models with a 5.5 tonne payload, KT557 and KT559, will be fitted with the Deutz TCD 4.1 engine with level V and 115 kW as a standard.

The Outside View

All-round visibility is a crucial consideration for telehandlers, and Kramer offers various options for optimising this. As well as the cabin, the FOPS screen, which protects the driver from falling objects, has also been optimised to provide ideal visibility as a result of the individual braces on the exterior screen now bending outwards in line with the eye’s perspective. This facilitates an uninterrupted view of the attachment and thus makes for safe, precise, working even when the telescopic arm is extended. The protective grating is available as standard for power classes KT457 to KT559 and for models with a payload of 3 to 4 tonnes with the higher cabin.

Additional highlights, such as an additional storage compartment, enhancement of the rear-view mirror, a mobile phone holder with two additional USB ports and an enlargement of the maintenance covers, which can be opened quickly and easily with just two screws and no tools required, all contribute to creating a more comfortable and flexible working environment with a Kramer telehandler.

AUSA has introduced the world to its five new machines, completing the manufacturer’s extensive catalogue of compact all-terrain vehicles. The presentation, which was made in an innovative digital format, was used to publicly launch all of the vehicles that were expected to be on show at the various international trade fairs that were cancelled due to the global pandemic.

DR601AHG. The new reversible dumper

The DR601AHG reversible dumper has a 13,200 lb payload and comfortable hydrostatic transmission. Thanks to the innovative reversible design, the seat can rotate 180 degrees and all components are instantly adjusted to suit the driver’s new position: steering wheel, joystick, pedals, safety cameras, etc. The driver can also comfortably and safely get on and off both sides of the dumper, so speed and flexibility are significantly increased.

In terms of technology, various systems have been included to make it a more efficient dumper: it has the ECO Mode function, where the engine speed is automatically controlled to ensure lower fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

It is fitted with the Hill Holder system, a start-assist and safety system that engages the dumper’s brake when you take your foot off the accelerator at zero speed. This significantly increases safety, especially when operating on slopes.

It can also be equipped with Smart Stop: a plug-in system that automatically shuts down the engine when it is not in use and the optimal time and safety requirements are met.

The new DR601AHG dumper is equipped with a powerful 74.3 hp Deutz engine that complies with the strict Stage V emissions standards and it has an engine torque of 340@1500.

D300AHG. An experienced new dumper

An articulated dumper with a 6,600 lb payload, a side-tipping skip and hydrostatic transmission. One of the main strengths of this model is that its design is based on the 9,900 lb dumper. The same chassis, hydrostatic transmission and engine cooling. All installed on a dumper with a lower payload to achieve outstanding reliability and durability.

It is equipped with a small but agile 24.8 hp four-cylinder Kubota engine that complies with the Stage V standards and has an engine torque of 92.6@1700.

The skip’s shape ensures maximum frontal visibility and it can optionally be fitted with our Full Visibility System, consisting of cameras and proximity sensors.

All of these features make it the most efficient and safest 6,600 lb dumper available on the market.

New all-terrain forklift range

After launching the C251H and C351H all-terrain forklifts, with 5,000 lb and 7,100 lb payloads respectively, AUSA is continuing to update all of its models with the C501H, the unit with the highest payload (11,000 lb). As with the other models in the range, the C501H was given a completely technology-based design.

With an aggressive and technologically advanced design, the new forklifts feature a digital screen on the dashboard, just like a top-of-the-line car, providing the driver with all of the machine’s information; they can interact with the different screens via the same joystick that moves the mast. Thanks to its advanced software, it features a self-diagnosis system and is able to incorporate telematic systems.

Efficiency is also one of its main strengths. Thanks to the ECO Mode system and Smart Stop, it can reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

In terms of safety, the operator’s visibility has increased by 30% and the Hill Holder system has been incorporated, which engages the brake automatically so the machine can stop easily on any slope.

New telescopic handlers

One of the other highlights of the event was the presentation of the new T204H and T235H telescopic handlers. Although they still have the same name as their previous models, they have been redesigned to offer a better user experience.

The T204H has a 4,400 lb payload and a maximum lift of 13.8 ft. In turn, the T235H can carry up to 5,000 lb and has a maximum lift of 16.4 ft. Both models have the same platform and features. These include the Kubota engine with 32.5 kW of power.

From the interior digital display, the operator will be able to control any part of the dumper and interact with and access the diagnostics menu and all maintenance parameters easily, quickly and efficiently.

It is a highly versatile machine that can easily adapt to any terrain thanks to its 4x4x4 drive and the three steering modes: front-wheel, all-wheel and crab mode. A perfect combination that makes machine movements and approaches easier, especially on terrains with little room for maneuver. At just 36 inches wide with standard narrow tracks, the new MT100 mini track loader offers an ideal combination of an easy-to-use machine in a less-intimidating size. The new mini track loader is ideal for digging, trenching, backfilling and moving material in tight-fitting jobsites. This machine is a powerful, reliable replacement for manual labor and wheelbarrows in tight areas where larger equipment won’t fit.

Two attachment interfaces

Make quick work of grading, backfilling, digging holes, hauling and loading materials with two attachment interfaces available on the new MT100. The new mini track loader features the exclusive Bob-Tach® attachment mounting system which makes it simple to put a wide assortment of Bobcat attachments on the machine. The Bob-Tach system uses an over-center latch mechanism and wear-compensating pins to make proper attachment-to-carrier fitment a given from the first exchange to the last.

The MT100 also features Bobcat Common Industry Interface design which offers operators the ability to exchange attachments as jobs change. Combining over-center latches with pin-on design provides simple and confident attachment-to-carrier connection.

Easy serviceability

Time is valuable, especially when servicing compact equipment. The MT100 has a completely new, more durable undercarriage that requires no daily maintenance. The rollers are permanently sealed and constantly bathed in oil for permanent lubrication. The surfaces of rollers and idlers are heat treated to minimize the wear and tear of typical use and further extend the life of the track system.

Plus, the Bobcat MT100 allows operators to gain easy, tool-free access to routine maintenance areas by simply lifting the hood. They can quickly check coolant, fuel, oil and hydraulic fluid levels so they can be back on the job faster.

Maximized ride comfort

Make hard work easier with more standard comfort features. Operators will experience enhanced comfort and confidence operating the MT100 mini track loader thanks to ergonomic ISO joystick controls and enhanced performance features, including optimized roller spacing on the track system which improves overall ride quality. Plus, an integrated ride-on platform gives operators a wider view to the sides, as well as to the bucket cutting edge or attachment.

Two track options

Travel over established surfaces with less worry about repair time and costs associated with surface damage. The MT100 offers two different track sizes to provide operators with their preferred combination of performance and comfort when traveling over established surfaces or adverse ground conditions. The standard narrow tracks keep the machine’s width to just 36 inches. Depending on the size of the attachment, operators can easily slip through doorways and fence gates. A ground pressure of 5.25 psi provides good protection for most turf and finished surfaces.

Optional wide tracks further reduce ground pressure and increase machine stability. At just 3.97 psi, operators can achieve the lightest possible footprint for sensitive surfaces – and the mini track loader is still only 41 inches wide when equipped with the wide track option.
