Disc System and Sponge System

-Disc System: In the models with disc system, the seed is contained inside the yellow hopper. From the hopper the seed falls into a perforated disc custom made according to the size of the seed and the distance on the row requested by the customer. Each hole corresponds to a seed and this guarantees precision on the row.

-Sponge System: In the models with sponge system, the seed is contained in the hopper. The sponge inside the hopper turns and drops the seed. The sponge does not damage the seed and it is possible to change the type of sowing very quickly.

Range of Products

-HAND DRILL: With the Hand Drill it is possible to sow vegetables, cereals, legumes, officinal and aromatic herbs. The movement of the seed distributor is given by the rear wheel with a pinion, crown and chain transmission. Thanks to the chain tensioner it is possible to change the crown and vary the sowing distance on the row without intervening on the sowing disc. The handles of the seeder are indipendent and the operator can tilt them according to his stature, without compromising the precision of the sowing depth. It is possible to adjust the sowing depth with a practical knob, the seeder is also equipped with a practical row marker and there is also a version with a 7 cm double furrower for double row sowing.

-SM SEEDER: The SM Seeder is a modular seeder: the number of sowing elements varies from 1 to 4 according to the customer’s needs. The sowing elements are applied behind a cultivator or a motor hoe and it is possible to sow vegetables, cereals, legumes, officinal and aromatic herbs, both with naked or pillolated seeds. The characteristics of the sowing element are the same as for the Hand Drill.

-SP 2002: The SP 2002 model is a modular seeder to be combined with the tractor. The number of elements depends on the customer’s sowing needs. In this model, disk movement is given by the rear wheel of the seeding element. This allows the disc to spin and drop the seeds. The parallelogram that connects the sowing element to the tractor allows you to follow the progress of the soil. The sowing depth can be adjusted through the appropriate regulator. The minimum distance between the sowing elements is 15 cm.

-SP 2012: The SP 2012 model is equipped with a simplified 5-speed gearbox that allows you to have 5 sowing distances by simply acting on a gear. The minimum distance between the seeding elements is 18 cm. A microgranulator for the distribution of fertilizer can be applied to this model.

-SPX 2015: The SPX 2015 model is ideal for sowing onion. The seeder is equipped with a gearbox to change the sowing distance on the row and there are 15 speeds available. The seeder works with a completely mechanical system. The system is simple, guarantees high speed of use and requires little maintenance. A microgranulator for the distribution of fertilizer can be applied to this model. The seeder is modular: the number of elements and the distance between the rows depend on the customer’s needs.

-SP 94: The SP 94 model was created to perform first rolling, sowing and second rolling to cover the seed in a single operation, in order to considerably reduce processing times. The rollers allow the advancement even in the most difficult soils and perform the important function of flattening and compressing the soil, ensuring a constant depth for all the sowing elements. The seeder is modular and custom built. There are two versions: towed to be combined with the tractor or self-propelled. SP 94 is mainly used for sowing radish, rocket, packchoi and valerian, but it adapts to any type of seed.

SM 2000

SM 2000 is the first seeder produced in Italy to use a sponge system that regulates the distribution of seeds of different sizes, avoiding any possible damage and distributing them evenly. The advantages of this model are:

–Ease of use: changing sponges is very simple.

–Speed of use: in just one minute it is possible to empty the cylinders that contain the seeds, fill them with a different variety and resume the sowing operations.

-Extreme versatility: the seeder is produced in two versions, self-propelled or trailed.

Each can be customized both as regards the total width of the seed drill, and for the distance between the rows (3-6, 5-10, 7-14, 8-16 cm) and the number of rows. Even the sowing depth is easily adjustable, while still ensuring extreme precision. There are 3 different versions of the SM 2000 model: mechanical, electromechanical and electronic.

-SM 2000 with Mechanical Variator: The mechanical system has no maintenance problems and does not require qualified personnel, because it is sufficient to position the arrow at the desired number to decide the quantity of seed that falls. It is ideal for large surfaces in the open field.

-SM 2000 with Electromechanical Variator: The electromechanical system is ideal for greenhouse work, because the sowing is continuous. The sowing quantity can be set manually using the arrow on the clock.

-SM 2000 with Electronic Variator: in the electronic system, the movement of the sponge is transmitted by a 12 V electric motor: by varying the speed of this motor with a convenient control, you can adjust the quantity of seed coming out. It is possible to sow from 1 to 1000 kg / Ha. This model is more precise as regards calibration, it allows you to program the dosage even if you change the type of seed. However, more attention is needed in programming the machine and specialized personnel is required. There is also a self-propelled version of this model.

AUSA has introduced the world to its five new machines, completing the manufacturer’s extensive catalogue of compact all-terrain vehicles. The presentation, which was made in an innovative digital format, was used to publicly launch all of the vehicles that were expected to be on show at the various international trade fairs that were cancelled due to the global pandemic.

DR601AHG. The new reversible dumper

The DR601AHG reversible dumper has a 13,200 lb payload and comfortable hydrostatic transmission. Thanks to the innovative reversible design, the seat can rotate 180 degrees and all components are instantly adjusted to suit the driver’s new position: steering wheel, joystick, pedals, safety cameras, etc. The driver can also comfortably and safely get on and off both sides of the dumper, so speed and flexibility are significantly increased.

In terms of technology, various systems have been included to make it a more efficient dumper: it has the ECO Mode function, where the engine speed is automatically controlled to ensure lower fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

It is fitted with the Hill Holder system, a start-assist and safety system that engages the dumper’s brake when you take your foot off the accelerator at zero speed. This significantly increases safety, especially when operating on slopes.

It can also be equipped with Smart Stop: a plug-in system that automatically shuts down the engine when it is not in use and the optimal time and safety requirements are met.

The new DR601AHG dumper is equipped with a powerful 74.3 hp Deutz engine that complies with the strict Stage V emissions standards and it has an engine torque of 340@1500.

D300AHG. An experienced new dumper

An articulated dumper with a 6,600 lb payload, a side-tipping skip and hydrostatic transmission. One of the main strengths of this model is that its design is based on the 9,900 lb dumper. The same chassis, hydrostatic transmission and engine cooling. All installed on a dumper with a lower payload to achieve outstanding reliability and durability.

It is equipped with a small but agile 24.8 hp four-cylinder Kubota engine that complies with the Stage V standards and has an engine torque of 92.6@1700.

The skip’s shape ensures maximum frontal visibility and it can optionally be fitted with our Full Visibility System, consisting of cameras and proximity sensors.

All of these features make it the most efficient and safest 6,600 lb dumper available on the market.

New all-terrain forklift range

After launching the C251H and C351H all-terrain forklifts, with 5,000 lb and 7,100 lb payloads respectively, AUSA is continuing to update all of its models with the C501H, the unit with the highest payload (11,000 lb). As with the other models in the range, the C501H was given a completely technology-based design.

With an aggressive and technologically advanced design, the new forklifts feature a digital screen on the dashboard, just like a top-of-the-line car, providing the driver with all of the machine’s information; they can interact with the different screens via the same joystick that moves the mast. Thanks to its advanced software, it features a self-diagnosis system and is able to incorporate telematic systems.

Efficiency is also one of its main strengths. Thanks to the ECO Mode system and Smart Stop, it can reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

In terms of safety, the operator’s visibility has increased by 30% and the Hill Holder system has been incorporated, which engages the brake automatically so the machine can stop easily on any slope.

New telescopic handlers

One of the other highlights of the event was the presentation of the new T204H and T235H telescopic handlers. Although they still have the same name as their previous models, they have been redesigned to offer a better user experience.

The T204H has a 4,400 lb payload and a maximum lift of 13.8 ft. In turn, the T235H can carry up to 5,000 lb and has a maximum lift of 16.4 ft. Both models have the same platform and features. These include the Kubota engine with 32.5 kW of power.

From the interior digital display, the operator will be able to control any part of the dumper and interact with and access the diagnostics menu and all maintenance parameters easily, quickly and efficiently.

It is a highly versatile machine that can easily adapt to any terrain thanks to its 4x4x4 drive and the three steering modes: front-wheel, all-wheel and crab mode. A perfect combination that makes machine movements and approaches easier, especially on terrains with little room for maneuver. With its hydraulic functions and quick connect couplings for accessories and implements, you will be able to increase its possibilities and applications exponentially.

Thanks to the exceptionally designed cab that gives the operator a spacious and functional cab. The design of the cab and the placement of the boom give the operator a 360° view, making the work environment safe for all involved.

Flexibility and an edge in expertise

Thanks to Power Link Plus, tasks such as reaching through low door openings and working inside buildings no longer present a challenge. Power Link Plus is a double-linkage system that increases the crane’s lifting power thanks to the special connection between the knuckle boom and main boom and the main boom and crane column. The knuckle boom can also be over-extended by up to 15° and offers the crane operator even more potential applications with the PK 55.002 TEC 5 and PK 58.002 TEC 7.

With the WEIGH function on the TEC 7 model, it is particularly quick and easy to weigh loads at the site of deployment. Crane operators weigh the load directly on the crane so that they know exactly where they can lift it. This saves time as it eliminates the potential need to move the truck. WEIGH also saves the last ten weighing operations automatically and can add them up.

Efficiency gains thanks to the return oil utilisation

In the TEC-range, the return oil utilisation system can be turned on and off manually to increase efficiency. The return oil utilisation system uses a load holding valve to divert the oil from the piston rod end to the pressure line instead of the tank. The resulting oil flow increase ramps up the extension speed considerably. The special design of the cylinders also increases the speed. By contrast, the crane operator can turn off the return oil utilisation system if a task requires enhanced power rather than increased speed.

The new PK 55.002 TEC 5 and PK 58.002 TEC 7 cranes are versatile. Thanks to multiple standard and optional features, properties can be added to fit their specific applications.
