GK Shade Trailer

GK Shade Trailers are in compliance with new Oregon workplace regulations for extreme heat. The trailers offer excellent worker protection for the prevention of heat illness and stress. The folding shade top collapses for transport to travel from location to location. The deluxe trailer provides seating for up to 8 people, has a built-in garbage can, wood decking, and standard 2” ball hitch. It also includes space for coolers to provide plenty of water for outdoor and field workers.

Another new product is the GK Irrigation Pipe Trailers. With two styles to choose from, single or dual beam construction. The new irrigation pipe trailer is designed for the rugged conditions of the Pacific NW. This heavy-duty pipe trailer is powder-coated for extra durability. One optional accessory is an attached tool basket for carrying tools and supplies, and it bolts on for easy assembly.

New Heavy Duty Tracking Trailer

The next new product coming out of engineering this week is a new heavy-duty tracking trailer. It’s designed for commercial nursery and tree grower customers and has the size and weight capacity needed for their larger transportation needs. It has a 6’ x 12’ deck and is powder-coated for durability.

GK Spread Pro

This professionally designed spreader easily spreads baits, seed, trace elements, and various types of fertilizer. It attaches easily behind an ATV/UTV or tractor and holds over 700 lbs. of product and will spread over 30 feet in width. The spreader also has a stainless steel frame, hopper, and spinner for easy carefree maintenance. The unique drive system ensures trouble-free and reliable operator safety and stability. Options available include: a hopper cover tarp, various tire/wheel options, and various speed controllers. The hopper stands at a 52” tall, length 92” and shipping weight of 500 lbs.

ATV/UTV Dump Trailer

This new hydraulic trailer has been designed for rugged and heavy-duty hauling of field, garden, and farm debris. With over 2,000 lbs. tilt dump capacity and removable walls, this new trailer will help you make quick work hauling and dumping. Designed and built with heavy-duty steel to outlast and out-perform other trailers on the market today. It is the perfect size for easy maneuvering with our dimensions at 45” wide, 105” long, and 12” tall high walls.

New Size Dry Box

Another new innovative product designed for agricultural customers based on the success of the big GK Dry Box fertilizer spreader mounted on the large 3W6 Buggy. The new smaller Dry Box fertilizer spreader is designed to easily attach to your existing tractor. This new size spreader is made with a stainless steel hopper and comes with a single spinner.

Irrigation Pipe Trailers

In the works is our new GK Irrigation Pipe Trailer. Currently in production, the new trailer is designed for the rugged conditions of the Pacific NW. This heavy-duty pipe trailer is powder-coated for extra durability and comes with a single or dual axle.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for more functional hand-washing stations, GK Machine has designed and created standalone hand-washing stations that are perfect for outdoor venues (farmer markets, nurseries, pumpkin patches, etc.).

GK Machine recently created a custom portable multi-faucet wash station for an existing agricultural customer for his work crew in the field. The custom portable wash station holds over 175 gallons of freshwater and is mounted on a trailer that can be easily transported to various locations as needed for work crews.

Each state directive provides an exemption for essential critical business.  Under these guidelines, GK Machine’s manufacturing and production facility is deemed “essential” and will remain open during normal business hours.

GK Machine is operating as an essential business supplying equipment to many critical industries, including; Agriculture, Transportation, Power/Energy, Industrial Cleaning and many more.

This year’s workshop was conducted by Mike Powers of Teejet Technologies. Along with technical education, there was a hands-on demonstration which covered the fundamental principles related to proper calibration, maximizing spray coverage and reducing off-target drift. Growers have a chance to conduct a calibration exercise to visually see how to increase efficiency of the spraying process.
