Bobcat has expanded its tractor range with the launch of three utility tractors: the Bobcat UT6066, UT6566 and UT6573. The tractors are built for heavy-duty work and are powered by turbocharged, Tier 4 diesel engines. They will be available at select Bobcat dealerships this summer.

The TL723 and TL923 were designed to incorporate sleek and efficient Bobcat R-Series styling and enhanced visibility. The redesigned cab builds upon the Bobcat tradition of operator-centered design with high

visibility, excellent ergonomics, a comfortable suspension seat, efficient HVAC system, and an easy-to-read, instrumentation panel that Bobcat equipment operators will find familiar across R-Series machines. Bobcat telehandler cabs are designed and tested to Roll-Over Protection Structure (ROPS) and Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) level II standards.

A single, intuitive multi-control joystick dictates the travel direction, lift and tilt functions, boom extension, and auxiliary hydraulics. It also allows operators to control several machine functions at the same time and from one control point, enabling more precise control and higher productivity without having to remove their hand from the joystick.

Fingertip control access makes operation smooth and comfortable. On the front side of the joystick, the directional switch for forward, neutral and reverse can be operated with the index finger. Doosan Bobcat announced plans to further expand its aftermarket parts distribution network with the addition of two new regional parts distribution centers. Joining the company’s existing Bobcat Parts Distribution Center near Chicago in Woodridge, Illinois, are new facilities in Atlanta, Georgia, and Reno, Nevada.

“This investment demonstrates our commitment to our dealers and customers, as well as Bobcat’s leadership in the industry. This expansion will help ensure faster response and delivery times to all North American customers by bringing parts closer to end-users and where they do business.”

With accessibility to major airports and highways, these new facilities are located closer to customers and dealers, which will enhance the availability and delivery of Bobcat parts and attachment products throughout the U.S. and Canada.

These two, new state-of-the-art facilities will roughly double the company’s existing warehouse footprint by adding approximately 445,000 square feet of additional distribution and storage space to the existing 358,000-square-foot primary parts distribution center in Chicago.

The state-of-the-art distribution facilities, along with expanded customer service teams and decentralized U.S. locations, will also enable quicker order-to-delivery times and the highest level of service for aftermarket parts. The regional distribution centers offer additional benefits, including:

• Same day order processing and extended order hours
• Expanded dealer support programs and customer service hours
• Improved speed of delivery times and additional shipping carrier options

The new distribution centers are an important part of Bobcat’s overall plans to meet growing capacity needs and the demand for Bobcat equipment in the marketplace.

The Bobcat T7X is fully battery-powered and is built to be more productive from the ground up with electric actuation and propulsion. It is also quieter with high-performance torque and more powerful than any diesel-fuelled track loader that has ever come before it, all while eliminating any carbon emissions.

Originally developed for the North American market, the Bobcat T7X is undergoing internal testing and the gathering of customer feedback is planned for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region to identify its commercial potential.

In the T7X, the traditional hydraulic workgroup has been completely replaced with an electrical drive system consisting of electric cylinders and electric drive motors, which means virtually no fluids. The new, all-electric Bobcat T7X uses just under one liter of eco-friendly coolant compared to around 216 liters of fluid in its diesel/hydraulic equivalent model.

The all-electric platform enables instantaneous power and peak torque available at every operating speed. The operator no longer must wait for the standard hydraulic system to build up power.

It can also significantly lower daily operating costs when considering the reduction in annual maintenance costs and elimination of diesel, engine oil, diesel exhaust fluid, and hydraulic parts.

At the heart of the T7X is a powerful 62 kW lithium-ion battery from technology partner, Green Machine Equipment, Inc. While applications vary, each charge can support common daily work operations and the use of intelligent work modes for up to four hours of continuous operation time and a full day of operation during intermittent use.

The intelligence of the power management system is programmed to sense when loads are increasing, automatically backing off power when not needed to preserve the total energy use and extend the machine’s runtime.

The T7X will initially be available only in the North American market but the company intends to expand this to other regions in the future. During the company’s CES Media Days news conference, Doosan Bobcat NA (North America) announced a strategic partnership with South Carolina-based Sunbelt Rentals, a leading rental equipment company in North America with more than 1025 locations, with a strong presence in Europe in the UK, Germany, and France.

Through this partnership, Sunbelt Rentals committed to a significant investment in a large fleet of Bobcat T7X all-electric compact track loaders and electric compact excavators in North America, which will be co-branded and made available in 2022 and beyond. Outstanding Comfort and Operability

The TL619 was designed to incorporate sleek and efficient Bobcat R-Series styling and enhanced visibility. The low-profile boom sits below the operator’s eye level to provide an open view of the surroundings. The redesigned engine basket sits lower for an increased line of sight. Front, top, and rear window wipers help keep windows free of debris and precipitation. Multiple mirrors on the operator’s left and right provide added visibility when working in confined areas. An optional rear mirror kit, rearview camera kit, and boom work light kit also are available.

The redesigned cab builds upon the Bobcat tradition of operator-centered design with high
visibility, excellent ergonomics, a comfortable suspension seat, efficient HVAC system, and an easy-to-read, automotive-style instrumentation panel that Bobcat equipment operators will find familiar across R-Series machines. Bobcat telehandler cabs are designed and tested to Roll-Over Protection Structure (ROPS) and Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) level II standards.

A single, intuitive joystick controls the travel direction, lift and tilt functions, boom extension, and auxiliary hydraulics. This gives the operator fine adjustment for lifting loads with care. It also allows operators to control several machine functions at the same time and from one control point, enabling more precise control and higher productivity without having to remove their hands from the joystick.

Fingertip control access makes operation smooth and comfortable. On the front side of the joystick, the directional switch for forwarding, neutral, and reverse can be operated with the index finger. The 2-speed travel switch, left-arm float, boom extension, machine function settings, and auxiliary hydraulics are located on the rear of the joystick.

Unbeatable Uptime, Serviceability, and Versatility

The TL619 is built with a robust box-welded frame for enhanced rigidity – plus a low center of gravity for optimal stability. The shielded bottom plate protects vital components, and the engine, cooling system, and critical components are well-protected within the center of the chassis, ensuring minimal wear and tear due to job site obstacles or harsh terrain.

Engine compartment accessibility puts routine maintenance checks, filters, and other engine components in easy reach, as well as the oil filter and other service points.

Thanks to the Bob-Tach mounting system, operators can share select attachments with other Bobcat equipment for even greater versatility. From pallet forks and buckets to grapples and snow pushers, operators can conquer a variety of tasks without the need for specialty attachments.
