The emission system has been innovated with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) which together with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) complies with Stage V emission standard,”

As a result of high-pressure fuel injection with electronic control (Common-Rail), the engine offers polished and quiet run and economical operation parameters. Thanks to a very good torque reserve, it keeps its performance without the need to downshift frequently.

To offer better comfort, customers can now choose from two comfortable and spacious cabin versions. Both have been designed to respect practical use.

Standard cabin offers a version with a hard roof and a version with FOPS (Falling-Objects Protective Structures) and a sunroof. To increase overall comfort, as an option, the cabin can be equipped with air-conditioning and mechanical suspended seat with arm rests and head support.

PLUS cabin has standard air-conditioning and just like STANDARD cab it offers a hard roof or a version with FOPS and a sunroof. The seat with mechanical suspension, arm rests and head support can be made more comfortable using pneumatic suspension as an option. A passenger seat is optional, too.

In addition, PLUS cabin offers steering column that can be tilted and adjusted for height, improved ergonomics of rear three-point hitch control and PTO mode, switches identical to higher model ranges, non-slip foot pedal pads and improved system of differential lock control. A new very user-friendly feature is using the same key to start the engine and lock the door.

Work with equipment is made easier by universal slots to mount equipment displays, holes for equipment cables or three-pin socket for equipment power supply. Tractors of the MAJOR model range have been proven to work well with the front loader. And now there are also other tools in the innovated MAJOR CL to make work with the loader easier, such as set-up for joystick control and addition of roof low-beam lamps.

MAJOR CL 80 is equipped with a fully synchronized four-gear transmission with three-stage reduction and mechanical reverser offering 12+12 gears. The external hydraulics consist of two circuits and oil supply amounts to 50 l/m. The implementation of Stage V engine resulted in design improvements of air brakes, air inlet, engine cooling and mechanical regulation of hydraulics. As an option, the tractor can be equipped with front PTO, front three-point hitch, beacons and different size of tyres.

The highly professional photo concept of iconic Zetor tractors attracts a lot of attention.

“The leading motif of the limited edition of the calendar is the idea that we make history together. It reflects the long history of the Zetor brand, which has been one of the leading Czech industries. It also stresses the task that our tractors have towards business partners and customers,”

says Petr Konštacký, Sales and Marketing Director, Zetor Tractors a.s.

Calendars of the limited edition present four pages of tractors including the first model in the brand’s history, Zetor 25, and the current Zetor Forterra HSX 140. They are joined by other machines of iconic brands connected to the Czech industry: Škoda Transportation a.s., Tatra Trucks a.s., Aero Vodochody Aerospace a.s., and Aircraft Industries, a.s.

The product edition of the calendar offers twelve pages of the current product portfolio of tractors in the new design Zetor by Pininfarina. The motif focuses on spring and summer fieldwork and maintenance of surfaces. The photos were shot in a real environment.

For the first time, the new models were presented to the public in September 2019 at Agro Show Bednary, Poland. Sadly, the unprecedented situation which arose in the first six months of 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic did not allow us to stick to the plan of promotion events including the Techagro show. The presentation of the new model ranges had to adapt to the new circumstances and cancel live promotion events.

“Still, at the moment the first models are on their way to the customers. We believe that soon we will have the chance to present the tractors not only to other potential customers but also to the general public,”

Technical data on Zetor Primo HT 20

• A compact mowing tractor that offers perfect maneuverability, stability, and effectiveness at the maximum workload. Available in the open-station version with a ROPS safety frame.
• The tractor is equipped with a well-proven engine Yanmar with 19 HP meeting the latest emission standard Stage V. The technically simple, three-cylinder, fluid-cooled engine guarantees sufficient power with a low noise level and economical operation.
• It is equipped with hydrostatic transmission with two operation ranges. High comfort of steering is ensured by two pedals (for driving forward and reverse). This type of transmission offers smooth and easy operation of the tractor.
• In standard, the tractor is equipped with a robust mower with a size of 54ʺ and width and height of cut 1 ʺ – 4 ʺ. It is powered with central PTO with 2,500 rpm. It provides the operator with easy control and effective lawn mowing even in unfavorable conditions.
• Four-wheel drive (4WD) guarantees high traction while mowing in slopes or removing snow. The operator can also rely on a maximum power transmission at any side turn of the wheels. Customers will also appreciate hydraulic power steering.
• Rear PTO shaft with 540 rpm.

Technical data on Zetor Compax

• Compact and versatile tractors for professionals in a cabin and open-station versions.
• The tractors are equipped with a reliable engine Yanmar with the power range from 25 to 37 HP meeting the latest emission standard Stage V. The three-cylinder, fluid-cooled engines are specific with smooth and economical operation.
• They are available with two types of transmissions.  Compax HT model is available with the hydrostatic transmission with three operation ranges (or two operation ranges for Compax HT 25 respectively). This makes it easy to control the tractor using two pedals for forward and reverse driving. As standard, Compax CL tractors are equipped with a synchronized transmission 12/12 with three ranges (Compax CL 25 is equipped with a transmission with two operation ranges 6/2).
• Depending on a type, lifting capacity of the three-point hitch amounts to 12 kN, thus allowing to work with a wide variety of tools. Selected models of tractors are equipped with central PTO shaft to power inter-axle mower.
• The external hydraulic two-section distributor is located in the rear part (Compax 25 model is equipped with a single-section hydraulic distributor). Additionally, selected models are also equipped with a two-section distributor controlled with a joystick.
• Tractors of the Compax 35 and 40 model range are available in the cabin and open-station versions. The ergonomic layout of controls makes it easier to operate the tractor and improves the comfort of the operator. As a standard, the tractors are also equipped with air-conditioning and heating as well as with a joystick to easily control the lifter, equipment, and tools.

The new machine brings customers a number of improvements compared to the previous model. It is equipped with an economical six-cylinder Deutz TCD 6.1 L6 engine with a maximum power output of 171 HP. The engine meets the latest EU Stage V emission standards and thus does not burden the environment with excess pollutants. At the same time, it retains the operational and economic parameters of the previous generation.

However, the biggest changes took place in the cabin. We heard the wishes and needs of customers and together with them we brought a number of improvements that will further increase the comfort of the machine. The completely new roof based on Zetor by Pininfarina design study offers an even better view on the front loader thanks to its indented shape and new sunroof. In addition, it already meets the FOPS (Falling Object Protection Structure) as a standard.

Crystal is also equipped with a new controller for work lights and beacons control. It includes a number of advanced functions such as automatic activation of work lights according to the selected direction of travel or a memory function. The machine has a LED package with 4 roof lights and 2 spotlights, which can be expanded with another 4 LED roof lights as an option.

Other innovations include improved plastic technology which ensures higher temperature resistance and UV stability of the material. In addition, the tractor is equipped with a completely new air conditioning and heating system, which offers a significant improvement in their performance.

Of course, the tractor also features a suspended front axle, a multifunctional right panel with electronically controlled hydraulic sections, a three-point hitch with a maximum lifting force of up to 85 kN and an ECO 40 transmission allowing to operate at a maximum speed of 40 km/h at an economical 1750 rpm.

Zetor Crystal offers enough power to work with medium-sized aggregations in demanding conditions and is a reliable partner for customers in animal and plant production or for contractors.

UTILIX tractors were premiered on AGRITECHNICA in 2017. Their sale started in 2018. They are universal tractors which are widely used not only in agriculture and on farms but also in road maintenance, in planting, horticulture and by hobby farmers.
