It is made up of two parts, the hopper/electrical/tube assembly, which is standard among all ACX models, and the rail/collector assembly, which is specific to your model of air cart. The hydraulic screw motor is sized to match the auger motor on your cart as well.

The kit adds a 10-foot auger with 10 ft of extension and +/- 80 degrees of pivot. The auger is also self-leveling.

The system also has a mover for switching between hoppers. It comes with manual controls as well as a remote.

GK Spread Pro

This professionally designed spreader easily spreads baits, seed, trace elements, and various types of fertilizer. The Optima R is ready for universal seed application and can be equipped with the full range of Optima sowing units as there are the standard and tandem as well as the heavy-duty HD-II and the high-speed SX sowing units. The Optima R can be set at row widths from narrow 35cm up to wide 80cm for maize respectively up to 150cm for pumpkins. Sowing of sunflowers, sugar beet, rape or soya beans are also possible.

All Optima R frames are available with the mechanic or electric drive, and thus, are ready for GEOCONTROL and GEOSEED.

The Optima R can be combined with a large central fertilizer hopper which has a capacity of 1,000 liters for max. 8 rows or a front hopper system to reduce the set-up time. The micro-granule applicator, micro-drill, is also available as an option.

For the most precise application of liquid fertilizer, the Optima R can be combined with the Kverneland iXtra LiFe. The liquid fertilizer can be placed close to the seed row in one go. The smart electronics on both the seeder and front hopper communicate so the application starts and stop together with each individual row. This precise nutrient placement is key to increase efficiency, to save resources and money.
