Kongskilde exhibits a strong line of mowers, tedders and rakes. The product line supports a fast and efficient conservation of grass, with a high feed quality as the result. The grassland machinery also includes the worlds widest trailed mower with a working width of 12.3 meter, suited for the 12 meter-standard controlled traffic farming, and trailed forage harvesters designed for high capacity homogeneus chopping, optimizing the ensiling process. Innovation and experience goes hand in hand as Kongskilde has manufactured grassland machinery for more than 60 years, originally as JF.

On display is the GXS 4005 and GXF 3205 P mowers. They comes with the smooth Kongskilde cutter bar, originally developed for Kongskilde’s larger mowers and triple mower combinations. The cutter bar allows a low cutting angle, obtaining a low and even stubble. Further it comprises integrated guide shoes and protection of the cutter bar.

All rakes and tedders from Kongskilde are very solid and have been thoroughly tested. The machines are characterized by quick and easy operation. The rotary tedders are designed with movable joints and therefore always adapt to the conditions of the ground, ensuring clean raking. The 2-rotor rakes are available as side-delivery rakes and centre swath rakes.


Facts:

GXS 4005 is a rear mounted disc mower with a working width of 3.86 meter. The power requirement is 90 hp (66 kW). The pendulum suspension ensures optimal ground following and a uniform stubble height. The suspension gives a low and evenly distributed ground pressure which spares the crop and ensures quick regrowth.



GXF 3205 P front mounted disc mower has a working width of 3.15 meter. The uniqe Contour float suspension allows the cutterbar to follow the ground perfectly and acts as well as a obstacle protection system. The Polyethylene finger conditioner gives an intens conditioning and allows the crop to be formed in a perfect swath between the tractor wheels. The machines can also be used in front/rear combinations.



The Z8805 rotary tedder has a working width of 8.8 meter on 8 rotors. The transport width is only 2.95 meter. Z 8805 is a fully mounted tedder. The tedder is also available in a trailed version Z 8805 T.



The R+760 centre swath rake has 2 rotors. The R+760 rake is trailed and the working width is adjustable from 6.80-7.60 meter. The 3-wheel multi-touch chassis ensures optimal ground following and a uniform working depth on uneven ground.
