With MF Always Running participating Massey Ferguson dealers will provide a range of courtesy tractors – from 100hp to 400hp – including general purpose tractors through the arable workhorses and right up to the flagship MF 8700 S Series. This service will start progressively in the course of the first quarter of 2020, in France, Germany, UK & Eire, Spain, Italy, Norway, Denmark and Poland, before being rolled out in additional markets. “We know that customer service and satisfaction is key in our industry. In farming a breakdown is an inconvenience common to all brands, but the support delivered at this time will define the trust and loyalty of that specific customer with their dealer’s brand,” says Francesco Quaranta, Vice-President Sales, Marketing & Product Management, Massey Ferguson Europe & Middle East.

“That’s why we have introduced ‘MF Always Running – Your Courtesy Fleet’ program. The need for maintenance or repair won’t bring any interruption to any Massey Ferguson customers,” he adds. “Massey Ferguson is the first brand in the farm machinery industry to introduce such a best-in-class customer support service.”

Importantly, customers don’t get just any old tractor that’s in the dealer’s yard. The MF Always Running courtesy fleet are not just back-up tractors, but are always less than a year old and equipped with full specifications.

MF 5713 S, 130hp models are loader-ready, for example, while MF Guide steering and front linkages are fitted as standard on arable workhorses.
