Magna Tyres launches 29.5R25 E4 Made in Holland earthmoving tire

Magna Tyres announces the launch of the 29.5R25 Magna M-Terrain E4/L4. This site has been part of the immensely popular Magna M-Terrain line-up for many years, but will from now on also be produced in our factory in the Netherlands in addition to our foreign production.

Since its introduction, the Magna M-Terrain has proven to be the ideal tire pattern for earthmoving equipment operating on challenging offroad surfaces. The demand from the market for made in Holland tires is increasing strongly, in particular the size 29.5R25.

With the current addition, Magna Tyres responds at the earliest opportunity and shows that they are capable to listen to the market and able to produce it within a short time. The number of sizes in the M-Terrain series rises to 3, and hence complements the 25” Made in Holland line-up. Magna Tyres is now able to deliver a Made in Holland solution ranging from 17.5R25 to 29.5R25.

EUR.1 Certified

This unique robust E4/L4 tire, specifically developed for medium / large wheel loaders and articulated dump trucks has been completely manufactured in the Netherlands, resulting in the EUR.1 certificate for this tire. This certificate enables our customers in countries such as the USA / Brazil and Turkey to import this 29.5R25 M-Terrain at a reduced or nil rate of import duty under trade agreements between the EU and beneficiary countries.

Magna Tyres USA expands its US team

Magna Tyres Group has announced the appointment of Ryan Cusick as Sales Manager of its US office. With Ryan on board, Magna Tyres can focus even more on the brand presence, the distribution network and relationship with current and new customers.

Ryan has over 6 years of experience in the tire industry and worked for several major tire brands. With in total 18 years of sales experience, Magna Tyres is convinced that Ryan is the right person for this position.

Since Magna Tyres launched its office in the US, the demand for Magna tires is rising rapidly. Due to the forecasted market potential and huge demand for the Magna brand, the US team will grow even more.

Magna Tyres Presents Next Level RDT Tyres

After years of research and hours of technical analysis, Magna Tyres managed to launch its first-ever “3-star” rigid dump truck tire.

The 24.00R35 has been added to the Magna MA04+ line-up and will be available in the 3*** versions in addition to the already existing ** version. The potential of this latest acquisition is tremendous and will be the first step in the upgraded generation Magna RDT tires.

Since its introduction, the Magna MA04+ has provided many dump trucks worldwide with top-class performances and moved countless loads of raw materials. The proven tread pattern turned out to be a great basis for the further development of the upgraded MA04+ range.

The next level Magna MA04+ ensures customers a stronger tyre, with more rubber in the contact patch, better and additional steel liner which will result in increased load capacity. It allows mining operators to increase their productivity and continuity of their earthmoving operations.

Converted into practical terms, this upgrade equals an 8% higher payload or an increase of 9.000 kilos’s in load capacity per dump truck. Translated to the number of cycles made daily; a huge increase in productivity!

The first production of this tire will be completed in July 2020. Initially produced in the 24.00R35 size but preparations have already been made to bring the other RDT sizes of the MA04+ in the 3*** ratings on the market in the near future.

Not only is this tyre special because of its high performance and craftmanship, it is also special due to its manufacturing origin. The entire manufacturing process of the Magna AG23 has taken place in the Netherlands which makes the tyre truly unique in its kind.The tyre has been specifically designed for agriculture trucks and trailers with a special tread design optimized for agriculture and transport purposes. Whichever application the agriculture truck or trailer is used in; it will function better for a longer period om time with the introduction of this exclusively new tyre.

Maximum load barring capacity

Thanks to the use of premium rubber compound, the tyres has an exceptional amount of operational hours compared to any other comparable tyre. This all round agriculture tyre will be available in the popular size 24R20.5 and has a maximum single load barring of 7.100 kg at 80km/h.

Increasedperformance

The state-of-the-art radial construction of the Magna AG23 provides improved load performance, has a low rolling resistance and enhanced operator comfort. With a tread depth of 17 mm the tyre performs extremely well in severe industrial conditions.
