<p>To further match the machine to the application at hand, DX170LC-5 operators will be able to choose from <strong>four work modes</strong> – digging, breaker, shear, and lifting – <strong>to maximize efficiency and fuel economy in specific applications.</strong> Operators can configure the work mode by adjusting a dial switch on the right-hand console. A work mode icon displays on the monitor after the operator presses the mode button.</p>
<p>Doosan crawler excavators come <strong>standard with a rearview camera</strong>, enhancing operator visibility on job sites to help minimize damage to the machine and unnecessary downtime. <span style="background-color: #008000;">An optional side-view camera is available</span>. Camera views are easily accessible to operators on the 7-inch LCD screen mounted in the excavator cab. <span style="background-color: #008000;">Operators have the option of a split-screen to see both camera views at once</span>.</p>
