<div>In his new role, Kirchholtes will oversee the continuous improvement of all aspects of supplier management and quality. His responsibilities include procurement, supply chain management, launch and change management, supplier tooling, transportation, and international trade compliance. Kirchholtes is a long-term veteran of Daimler whose tenure has been exclusively focused on procurement, supply chain, and operations.</div>

<div><strong>Kirchholtes joined Mercedes-Benz in Germany in 1992 as a trainee before transitioning to the purchasing team in 1993</strong>. He was promoted through successive roles of increasing responsibility in purchasing, progressing to director-level positions starting in 1999. He held several executive assignments before emigrating to the U.S. in 2010 to join DTNA as the general manager, of procurement. Kirchholtes holds a degree in business and engineering from Mannheim Technical College and the College of Rhineland Pfalz in Germany.</div>

<p>Alliance retail locations primarily stock Alliance Parts and Detroit Reman products, but for added value, can be used as order pickup locations for the full offering of DTNA Genuine and Premier parts to provide a one-stop-shop for DTNA customers. <span style="background-color: #00ff00;">Alliance Parts grew its retail footprint by nearly 55 percent in 2020 and expects to increase it by an additional 50 percent in 2021.</span> Recently opened Alliance Parts retail channels include locations at the following dealerships:</p>
