MF 6S Series Delivers High Performance in a Wide Range of Applications.

AGCO Corporation introduces a new era of concentrated performance with the North American launch of the Massey Ferguson 6S Series tractor. Massey Ferguson will debut the MF 6S Series, along with its full S Series lineup, at booth 7823 during the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky, February 16-19.

The versatile new machine delivers up to 180 HP — the highest from a four-cylinder on the market. It pairs power with intuitive controls and advanced technology for high performance in a wide range of applications.

“Those who are born to farm know that maximizing productivity is the key to success in any ag application. The new MF 6S Series offers the power of a six-cylinder with the compact footprint and agility of a four-cylinder, giving busy producers the ideal machine to get the job done quickly and efficiently,”

said Darren Parker, vice president of Massey Ferguson North America.

Concentrated Performance for Increased Productivity

The MF 6S Series is available in four models based on horsepower — 145, 155, 165, and 180 — and features a 4.9-liter AGCO Power engine with a legacy of dependability and class-leading sustainability. Operators can choose from two transmission options for maximum productivity that meets their particular power requirements. The Dyna-6 transmission offers maximum fuel efficiency through 24 forward and reverses speeds up to 31 mph.

The Dyna-VT transmission allows operators to select the exact speed without compromising engine RPM for optimal output in any situation. This transmission option is also available with a 50 gal/min load-sensing hydraulic system. With a maximum lift capacity of 21,164 pounds, outstanding towing capacity, and an increased gross vehicle weight of up to 27,558 pounds, the MF 6S Series excels with heavy loads and demanding implements.

This power is concentrated in a compact footprint that gives hay producers class-leading power and torque with a 900-pound-lighter footprint than comparable six-cylinder models for minimal impact to the soil. Additionally, the MF 6S Series offers silage hay and 5-foot-wide round baling operations for high-performance operation without impacting the next-cutting yield. A perfectly balanced power-to-weight ratio efficiently handles heavy hay balers while a 15-foot, 7-inch turning radius makes for superior maneuverability in the field or the feedlot.

User-friendly Operation for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency

Straightforward usability and superior comfort complement the concentrated power of the MF 6S Series. In keeping with the overall S Series design introduced with the MF 8S Series, the cab layout uses simple color-coding on all controls for quick identification and easy operation. Deluxe models also feature a new ergonomic armrest with the customizable MultiPad lever and E/H Multifunction joystick for intuitive, effortless control of all major functions. The optional Datatronic 5 terminal features an easy-to-navigate digital dashboard that can be customized for operator preference. This cutting-edge technology makes operation quick and easy, allowing producers to change setups on hydraulics, transmission, and engine from one convenient terminal for maximum efficiency in any application.

“The more a producer can achieve from the driver seat of a single machine, the more they can get done in a day. Our MF 6S Series allows producers to streamline operations, tackling hauling, mowing, and loader work with a single, straightforward, dependable machine,”

Parker said.

For added versatility with loading applications, the MF 6S Series is available with fully integrated loader provisions and factory-installed live third function with proportional command. The tractor boasts a lifting capacity of up to 5,070 pounds and a height of over 13 feet, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications in hay and livestock operations.

Faced with tighter margins and the growing demand for milk products globally, today’s dairy industry is trending towards farms with larger, high-performance herds. This means not only more complex operations but also increased scrutiny on a wide range of environmental and socio-cultural issues: challenges with manure waste and its impact on soil, water, and air quality, concerns about greenhouse gas emissions, or concerns about the use of antibiotics, to name a few.

For farm managers, it’s not just low milk prices and high feed costs causing headaches. Today’s landscape is challenging on a whole new level, demanding new skills along with new levels of efficiency. To meet the challenge – to manage the complexity, keep their operations profitable, and fulfill the growing list of requirements and demands – farmers are turning to smart technologies for help. And it’s making a difference.

Smart farming – the new normal

Dr. Beate Maassen-Francke is Product Manager Farm Management Software at GEA, being a global leader in the dairy industry technology and an early mover in smart dairy farming solutions. With over 22 years of experience in the industry, she’s been there to see smart dairy farming take root.

“I remember the feeding computer Codatron 80, one of the first ‘smart’ farming solutions back in the 90s,”

she recalls.

According to a recent German Bitkom study, almost one in two farms in Germany, for example, are using intelligent feeding systems and almost as many are using agricultural apps for smartphones or tablets. Twenty-one percent of German dairy farms already use milking robots, with demand growing around the world.

And according to the latest study from Dutch ABN AMRO bank, the worldwide market for agricultural robots can double in size in five years’ time.

“Optimal herd management on the farm has now become one of the most important success factors for modern and sustainable livestock farming,”

says Maassen-Francke. And more and more often today, optimal herd management means relying on smart technologies: sensors, robots, digital tools, and software.

Better work for farmers

Effective time management is a critical success factor for today’s dairy farmers.

“To get through their to-do list for the day, herd managers absolutely need to be more time-independent. They need to be informed in real-time on where and when to intervene,”

says Maassen-Francke.

Combining sensors and software with mobile devices allows farmers the flexibility of not having to be in the barn or in front of the PC around the clock. Moreover, mobile devices allow all employees across the farm to stay up to date and to coordinate more effectively.

The increasingly IT-based nature of work on the farm may be benefitting the industry in other ways, too. Dr. Ute Müller from the University of Bonn’s Institute of Animal Sciences sees smart technologies making agriculture attractive again to younger people.

“It has been difficult to recruit talent in rural regions because of associations with herd management as a strenuous and generally outdated method of work. But this is fortunately changing. In my daily work with my students, I see them getting excited about combining their practical and scientific knowledge with the power of IT to manage the complexity of modern-day dairy operations. This is an important element that we shouldn’t underestimate in terms of the long-term sustainability of agriculture and its required industry itself,”

she says.

Better health for cows

The “big data” generated by today’s dairy farms are also improving animal health. With GEA’s CowScout system, on the market since 2012, it is possible to track each cow’s activity data, such as lying and eating times. With its heat detection feature, the CowScout also provides data on the optimum time for insemination. The CowScout sensors continuously measure the cow’s behavior – 24/7 every day throughout the year – CowScout generates an alert if the cow’s behavior deviates from her usual activity patterns, comparing her behavior to the previous weeks rolling average. A new optional positioning function allows for faster locating of cows and thus immediate action.

Another example is GEA’s DairyMilk M6850 cell count sensor, which uses patented sensor-based technology to measure somatic cell count classes in milk for earlier detection of mastitis. By analyzing milk at each udder quarter individually, the sensor gives farmers a new level of early detection capability to protect the health of their herds.

“Real-time data and analysis allow managers and veterinarians to intervene earlier with targeted action so cows can recover quicker from illness and require fewer antibiotics,”

says Maassen-Francke.

Also, GEA’s feeding systems support farmers in their feed management and feeding strategy, which plays a very important role for high-performance cows. With DairyNet, precise control and programming of feeding stations in the barn and in the milking robot including group management, different rations, feeding ingredients, etc. are possible. The herd management software can show at a glance, where to improve the feeding strategy which affects not only the better health of the herd but also the farm’s feed costs. This precision feeding conserves the resources in many respects.

Making data smart

Especially on large farms, using sensor technologies with 24/7 monitoring capability generates huge amounts of data. As in any other industry today, a system is only “smart” if it can manage the flood of data effectively. That’s where the software comes in. So what is the key to good herd and farm management software?

“It’s important to understand that farm managers don’t want to see data, they want to see the information. They want to see where they can improve processes and strategies, where they can improve animal welfare, where they can save on resources and costs; they want to see the key figures at a glance, customized to their needs,”

says Maassen-Francke, who recently oversaw the launch of GEA’s new DairyNet herd and farm management software in Germany.

Developed and tested together with international dairy producers, DairyNet features a user-friendly interface with graphics and diagrams depicted visually and tailored to the individual needs of the farm.

While sensors, smartphones, and software are opening up all manner of new possibilities, they also increase a farm’s dependence on fast, robust connectivity.

“This is a potential limiting factor because especially in rural areas all over the world, network coverage – with the kind of security and transmission rates required by smart farms – is not yet complete in most of the cases,”

Maassen-Francke continues.

GEA’s answer is DairyNet Box, essentially a local server that allows the DairyNet system to be installed locally to secure operating processes and ensure fast response times on site.

“Ultimately, the job of a good herd management software is to empower dairy farmers take full advantage of the opportunities this digital transformation has to offer.”

Changing the game

Smart technologies are not just making familiar processes easier, faster, and more efficient, they’re also opening the door to brand new territory. To explore this potential, GEA takes part in critical dairy research with governments and world-renowned institutes, engaging with students and entrepreneurs to mine next-generation solutions.

GEA’s AutoDry project offers an example of the milking technology industry joining forces with agricultural scientists to rethink the use of antibiotics.

Initiated in 2015 as a joint project between GEA and the University of Bonn, AutoDry set out to change the way cows are milked in their last phase of lactation before the dry period, which is 6-8 weeks before the expected calving date. Conventionally, cows are often administered an antibiotic treatment at the start of the dry period because the abrupt cessation of milking increases udder pressure and the risk of mastitis infections.

The goal of AutoDry was to develop a software that could gradually reduce udder emptying, i.e. milk yield, in the period before dry off to avoid abrupt cessation. Based on research conducted at the University of Bonn’s Campus Frankenforst test farm, GEA succeeded in developing milking control software that helps to remove the milking cluster earlier and earlier in the last days before drying off.

“This provides an automated way to ‘wean’ the cow down to a significantly lower daily milk yield and initiate involution, the regression of the mammary gland tissue, before the actual dry period starts,”

says Müller, who led the University of Bonn research team for this project.

The software, which monitors absolute milk quantity rather than milk flow rate, is the first software of its kind that allows farmers to automate the initiation of involution.

“Currently we are testing the software on larger farms to see how the changed milking control affects the routine work of drying off the cows. This includes multiple optimization tests with other research partners before the patented software is ready for market,”

says Beate Maassen-Francke.

The results of the research farms so far show promise.

“The software achieved an effective reduction in the milk yield of the cows before drying off. No cases of mastitis were recorded, and the average cell count was well below the limit. So not only is the automated reduction gentler on the cow but drying off can be done without antibiotics,”

says Müller.

“I believe this new milking control software will initiate a rethink in dairy farming.”

Health, happiness, and sustainability

Whether they’re shaking up the industry or making age-old processes faster and more efficient, smart technologies are empowering dairy farmers to rise to the many challenges they face today – helping them stay profitable, attract young talent, ensure herd health, reduce resource consumption, waste and even GHG emissions.

“We’re seeing these technologies make a difference because, most importantly, they’re enhancing the farmer experience and improving animal health and happiness, which is really the foundation for an efficient, cost-effective dairy business. It’s also the foundation for a sustainable dairy business. As an example, scientists in Switzerland recently found out, that cows produce less methane as they get older. So if we can keep them healthy and productive longer, we’re not only conserving the farm’s living resources, farms can improve their climate footprint as well,”

says Maassen-Francke.

We were rapt when we got the invite from James Doran to visit his ranch, Brookhill Angus in Flemingsburg, Kentucky to help him tell the story of his journey to regeneratively raise his seed stock. For James, caring for animals is tied hand-in-hand to caring for the land, the soil, and the planet. Each needs the other, so the Hustler Trailed Chainless TX205 double bale processor was the perfect fit for James’ ranch management strategy.

James and his family have been breeding registered Angus seed stock for more than 50 years. The ranch itself has been in the care of the Doran family since before the Civil War, and today James and his wife Michelle manage a little more than 115 head of high-quality Angus cattle.

James is a happy owner of a Hustler pull-type Chainless TX205 bale feeder. See why this admittedly “very outspoken” farmer in the heartland is so enthusiastic about his machine and what it allows him to do. From his ownership experience with his Chainless, James then went on to purchase a set of Hustler Softhands LX200 bale handlers.

“I’m very impressed of the build quality with Hustler, it’s put together with pride and care.”

The trailed Chainless TX205 is one of James’ “favorite pieces of equipment of everything” he has, and his endorsement doesn’t come lightly.

The Hustler Chainless bale processor allows the operator to unroll the bale in a long, thin windrow. The more the hay is fluffed, the longer the windrow can be.

“When you put it all over in a long row, the calves eat, the grandmas eat, everybody got to eat. Animals that I wanted improvement in, improved, with this type of feeding versus feeding strictly in a hay ring,”

with this machine, James explained.

When the hay is simply dropped into a hay ring or manually unrolled on the ground, it can remain quite dense. The way the Chainless bale processor fluffs up the hay helps to make it more palatable and easier to be consumed by livestock, and that is particularly true for older cows with slightly damaged teeth or for young calves.

The herd is also encouraged to eat every single bit of the forage, while a thick mat of hay can be used for bedding instead, creating unwanted waste. With the Hustler Chainless bale processor, James is able to drop the hay back on the ground in a very palatable form, almost like it was freshly baled.

“This actually breaks the bale apart and basically lays it back down as if it was a windrow before it was baled.”

James wants to add to the planet, not draw from the planet, so the “truly regenerative process” that the TX205 provides – allowing him to feed his animals while simultaneously reseeding his fields – is just a “better way to do things” as using a conventional flail-type bale processor would pulverize the long stem hay and shatter the seeds in the process.

Depending on the time of the year, James likes to remove the platform side chute from his Hustler to allow a slightly wider feed windrow than normal. Admittedly, this can marginally increase feed waste, but since building up organic matter in the soil allows an even wider spread of seed, the small amount of feed lost in the process is definitely compensated by a greater purchase in the soil of that grass seed – making it unnecessary to add any seed later. It saves time, effort, and of course the cost of the seed.

“My philosophy is to strive for excellence in the breeding and try to – each new generation – improve them in some way and not have an operation where twenty years later you look and it was nothing but a lateral move.”

James Doran is one of the many examples of a client for whom Hustler exists. Our mission goes beyond providing world-class livestock feeding equipment. We strive every day to provide farmers with the means to make a living from their passion and their love for animals; to feed the planet while respecting and providing for future generations and to improve their own quality of life by saving them time, money, and hay.

ClicRtechnologies held its first-ever Exposition on May 20, 2021, demonstrating its revolutionary scaleless livestock weight and data management system at the Double C Bar Ranch in Kenansville, Fla. A pinnacle team meeting was held the next day, marking the very first gathering of the company’s employees from across the nation.

“ClicRtechnologies is laser-focused on bringing the ag industries into the 21st century,”

said ClicRtechnologies President Joey Spicola,

“using never before seen technology and creating the digital ranch.”

About 30 attendees gathered for a luncheon and presentation by Spicola and other ClicRtechnologies team members. Among those in attendance were representatives from Florida Senator Marco Rubio’s office, guests from the University of Florida’s Beef Teaching Unit and Abraham Baldwin Agricultura College (ABAC).

Recently ABAC partnered with ClicRtechnologies and American Cattlemen magazine to produce a series of articles after the company donated $40,000 along with three weighing systems for the school’s cattle operations.

After the luncheon, all attendees had the opportunity to view the ClicRweight Bovine Solution for themselves at work in one of Double C Bar’s pastures. The system is set up in a simple pole barn around the water source. An RFID ear tag is scanned whenever an animal goes to drink and a camera instantly begins “clicking” hundreds of 3D photographs. That data is immediately processed into a weight, which can be viewed with a digital dashboard made accessible through any device with connection to the internet.

Over time, the system continues to learn each animal, providing the herd’s valuable information including daily rate of gain, weight average and feed efficiency. The ClicRweight Bovine Solution has been in place on the Double C Bar Ranch since early March. Joe Planz, a ClicRtechnologies board member and investor, grazes some of his cattle herd on the ranch.

“Grazing our calves two and half hours away from the main ranch,”

he says.

“ClicR enables us to have a constant analysis of how the calves are doing in real-time and enables us to address any issues expediently and proactively.”

The next day, the ClicRtechnologies team gathered in the company’s new International headquarters in Tampa. The team discussed plans for company growth in the near future and progress made over the last 12 months.

“One of the benefits of our system is that it can be totally managed from anywhere in the world,”

said Spicola.

In addition to cattle, ClicRtechnologies also has solutions for weighing swine and alligators. To learn more, visit the company website: https://clicrweight.com.

ClicRtechnologies is a company revolutionizing the agricultural industry through unique means of scaleless weighing and data management. They are committed to the development of proprietary technology to enhance the lives of its users by providing the most advanced vision software with unparalleled expertise in 3D imaging.

The company remains focused on the expansion of our weight capture technology and the development of future applications that will deliver cutting-edge solutions to increase production efficiency across multiple industries.

Ktwo is a British manufacturer of farming machinery, focused on continually improving their product range to maximize versatility and longevity. They’ve done this most recently with their new agricultural trailer silage sides design.

Ktwo has always invested heavily in their product design and has increased their design engineering team by three in the last year alone. They are continuing to focus on product innovation based on customer feedback, precision, efficiency, and the most up-to-date technology.

Ktwo trailer silage sides are designed to give farmers the flexibility with materials without needing to increase their trailer fleet.

The new and improved silage sides have been designed to ensure there are no external ledges, reducing any spillage of product onto the road to improve efficiency and road safety.

Ktwo’s Roadeo Curve Trailer range has a unique body design built from a single sheet of high tensile steel for increased strength and lower net weight. The new silage sides have been improved to follow the Curve’s strength in its design and build quality.

The silage sides have an increased side thickness from 2mm to 3mm to improve rigidity and longevity.

‘’Our silage sides are fully welded to improve quality. This allows for an excellent paint finish and product longevity. The new silage sides have no external lip so when loading there is no risk of product remaining on the outside of the trailer,”

explains Chris Gordon, Design Manager.

Ktwo has made further improvements in the rear trailer posts to improve fitment and making it easier to take the sides on and off.

Coupled with the new Ktwo Roadeo Curve Trailer front window which gives increased visibility and the removable front ladder, Ktwo trailers are now more versatile than ever before to ensure maximum efficiency.

The new design also features the bold Ktwo logo cut into the front panel of the silage sides which really makes the new design stand out.

The first Ktwo Roadeo Curve Trailers with the new and improved silage side designs have left the factory and are being very well received by customers.

Kent Smith, a Missouri farmer and hardwood flooring businessman, recently purchased one of the very first all-new Hustler’s Combi RX multi-feeder wagons operating in the United States. Strongly built and versatile, this is the machine Kent was looking for to feed his cattle.

The story of Kent Smith starts with his grandfather, Jack Smith, who grew up in the little town of Eminence. Jack Smith was working as a logger and tie hacker in southern Missouri and, according to Kent, “he didn’t have two pennies to rub together.” In 1947, he founded Smith Flooring, a company now in its third generation of family ownership.

The timber business is “what drives everything” in the Ozark Forest area, but the family decided to “purpose some of that land for growing cattle,” Kent explained. Kent is now fully in charge of the beef cattle operation since his father, Van Smith, passed away suddenly in 2005.

Since then, Kent has fully embraced his life as a farmer.

“I feel like I’ve taken off about 10 years of my life sitting in an office wondering about numbers and money, and it’s really nice to be able to get out here where it’s just so beautiful, and walking around the calves every day – out here, outside, is a good one,”

Kent admitted.

Although livestock farming and timber harvesting are very different industries, they complement one another, especially in that they share a primary industry asset – land. And,

“anything you can do to increase efficiency, to maximize your return on any investment that you have out there on the land, is a positive thing. The Combi wagon that we have is amazing,”

Kent explained.

Kent Smith farms in rugged country, and Kent chose to breed beef cattle that are hardy enough for the area (such as White Faces and Black Baldys). To feed his herd, he needed a versatile piece of equipment – something that would “feed most anything that I have.”

He found the perfect match: the Hustler Combi RX148.

The Hustler Combi RX range is a chain-less rear floor wagon able to feed out literally every supplementary type of feed, including all bale types, shapes and sizes, and any type of loose feed that can be loaded with a loader including fine chop silage, maize silage, root crops, vegetables and more. Its lateral elevator design delivers feed out of the side of the machine to feed into troughs, feed pads, bunks or open pastures.

Source:Hustler

The loading height of a wagon is often a crucial element since it could narrow the selection of machines that could load into it without damaging the sides of the wagon. With the Hustler Combi RX range, it is possible to use pretty much any front loader of any type (bucket, grab…) to fill it thanks to its low loading height – between 2430 mm (95 inches) and 2650 mm (104 inches) – depending on the model chosen.

Once loaded, the Combi wagon is quick and easy to reconnect (no need to connect a PTO), however of course you could load with an extra loader like you would need to when feeding with a TMR (this simplicity allows for efficient use with just one tractor). The operator only needs to get out of the cab twice in total, meaning 66% less cab entry and exit compared to any other 2 or 6 bale capacity bale processor. Whilst similar cab exit/entry is required when feeding with a TMR, both a tractor and a loader are required to do the job.

Once the bale wrap is removed, the hydraulics only need to be reconnected once, which takes only a few seconds.

The Combi wagons developed by Hustler are built to last.

Feed out in the field and on the feed pad with one wagon

The ultra-low center of gravity, combined with the large floatation tires, are a game-changer for stability allowing the Combi RX wagon to feed out in the roughest of terrain, the terrain you wouldn’t dare take a mixer wagon on! And Combi RX finds itself just as at home in the field as the feed pad, with a large tilting elevator to place that feed exactly where you’d like it.

Source: Hustler

Simple hydraulic drive – with out the need to a PTO shaft!

Yes, the simple design of Hustler’s Combi range is powered by hydraulics for safety, reliability, and lower power consumption. And with the oversized 12,000 lb. roller chains to the high tensile sprockets, there are no wearing parts to buy or replace for the life of the feeder! And it handles all types of feeds including balage, silage, root crops or anything else you can load in it. The powerful hydraulic ram-powered pusher blade ensures even the ugliest of bales are no contest!

Massive drawbar clearance

The drawbar design offers great clearance and a major advantage (far superior to any wide-angle PTO shaft) in maneuverability, making life easier for operators in tight lanes and gateways. This reduces the possibility of damaged gate posts or machines due to operator error. Kent Smith’s Combi RX148 has a turning circle of 7.8 m (25 ft) compared to 20.8 m (68 ft) for the equivalent size wagon.

Impact-resistant floor

The unique heavy-duty 15-mm (3/5″) thick puck board rear floor is slippery, durable and extremely tough, it handles the impact of heavy beets landing on it without damage.

Recently Kent Smith found himself sliding backward down an icy hill, jack-knifing his Combi wagon. Thinking it was going to be out of service for weeks, turned into a $10 trip to the store thanks to Hustler’s design and strength.

“This thing is built like a tank,”

he said.

“We appreciate the Trump Administration’s work to direct important resources to where they are most needed.

Trough feeding with a conventional chain type bale feeder? Needing some sort of attachment to deliver the feed more accurately, minimizing waste, and increasing ease of use? Hustler introduces its new product attachment, the side chute for bunk feeding with Hustler Unrolla series bale feeders.

The new side chute attachment extends the feed drop point of your Unrolla chain bale feeder and will assist with feeding into troughs, bunks, along hot-wires, or up against head-bails for indoor feeding. Not only is it a time and feed waste saver, but it also allows your tractor to drive down passageways or along fences and bunks with more clearance, reducing the chance of damage to your tractor or tires.

Why

Farmers are a solution-focused bunch and because this is the first attachment of its kind on the market, some of them had to previously make their own side extensions. Hustler contacted a handful of those inventors and worked together with them to develop a solution, that would satisfy the need for trough feeding with a conventional chain bale feeder.

How

The side chute has an adjustable angle for the operator to fine-tune delivery and reach. Equipped with a solid steel frame and impact-resistant high-density polyethylene it is shock and knock-resistant, while also being flexible enough to forgive any misjudgments when driving along bunks or fences too close.

For

Although the side chute will work for balage with some operator adjustments, Hustler does recommend you use it for dry hay, short chopped grass, grain, and root-crops for best results. Feeders especially designed and developed for trough feeding are the brand’s series of Chainless bale feeders, which will handle every type and shape of the bale, or its Feedlot Unrolla LM105T with tilting side elevator for maximum reach.

Bob Boyce from Ponderosa Ranch in Pennsylvania, USA is proud to be running his cow and calf operation at 77 years old, since 1986.

With the help of a Hustler Chainless mounted bale unroller he can still easily feed his cattle from the comfort of his tractor seat, without having to jump in and out of the cab frequently or pulling a rope to disconnect the feeder.

“There are only two flat spots on this farm: the bed and the table”

Bob jokes. Rolling hill country can be hard to navigate, especially in winter. The Hustler Chainless bale unrollers are compact, light and safe for hilly terrain, which will guarantee operation wherever your tractor goes.

The couple from Ponderosa Ranch bought their first Hustler 15 years ago and have recently decided to equip a second tractor with a Hustler Chainless bale feeder, as their property has become more spread out.

“A good and strong product”

Bob especially appreciates the ease of use of the machine, the compact size, which makes it easy to get through gates and the easy loading process with integrated tynes. The Hustler Chainless mounted bale unroller is perfect for a one-man-operation and for Bob it means that at 77, he can still feed all of his cattle from the comfort of his tractor seat. About Hustler Equipment, Bob says:

“From a company point of view they’re easy to work with”.

Another strong feature of our Chainless bale unrollers is the patented auto-connection system Snaplox, which makes loading and connecting the bale feeder easy.

12 Advantages of the Snaplox Hand-Free Connection System:

No need to pull on a rope, whilst simultaneously juggling the 3 point linkage lift height and reverser

No more strain or twisting of your back
