Greentec A/S represented Spearhead Machinery Ltds market leading Rotary, Flail and Reach Arm mower range for the past 25 years in fifteen European Countries – Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland.

With immediate effect Spearhead Machinery Ltd will assume direct responsibility for all territories excluding Denmark and Germany.

The territories of Denmark and Germany will continue to be managed in the short term by Greentec A/S for a transitional period as both companies work towards a full hand-over on the 1^st January 2019.

Commenting on the decision; Spearhead Director of Sales and Marketing, Antony Prince advised; “transitioning away from our traditional distribution channels through Greentec A/S allows us to move closer to our customers in these key European territories. We believe that this new approach will enable the distribution of our product offering to become more efficient for our increasing customer base.”

John Christensen; Sales Director at Greentec A/S confirmed; “Over the last 5 years, Greentec has moved from its traditional position as a wholesale distributor to that of a specialist machinery attachment manufacturer. Our future strategy is based around developing new and innovative products for this niche market sector from our base in Kolding, Denmark.”

Spearhead Machinery Ltd and Greentec A/S will be working with their dealer partners to ensure that both brands continue to flourish in these territories under the new distribution structure.
