FJD Auto steering Kit
FJD Auto steering Kit semi-autonomous mode is composed of antennas, an electric steering wheel, a control terminal, and a sensor module. Users can easily install relevant parts at proper positions of existing Agri-Vehicles and obtain positioning information by matching them with the FJD satellite navigation base station.
The upgraded version is a fully autonomous driving kit, which can not only control the wheel to assist driving, but also help transform Agri-Vehicles into fully automatic through the control of the accelerator, brake, clutch, gearbox, and operation part. The special customized services will upgrade traditional Agri-Vehicles for users, develop smart agriculture, and provide a choice for traditional agricultural machinery enterprise partners. FJD aims to work closely with industry partners to empowering products and realize industry upgrade.
For the purpose of precise operation, the kit provides abundant high-performance hardware.
Dual positioning antennas receive the real-time direction and location information of the vehicle to support automatic driving. Dual communication antennas can give farmers two choices of mobile base station connecting or CORS service connecting.
At the same time, the self-developed high-precision sensor can accurately sense the current agricultural machinery’s body posture information such as roll angle and pitch angle. It calculates and adjusts the offset value in real-time, effectively ensures high-precision automatic driving.
FJ Dynamics’ self-developed auto-steering wheel of high-torque can effectively control the direction of agricultural vehicles. Even for tractors with aging hydraulic systems or working in wet and rotten fields, they can also be controlled with high accuracy.
In order to prevent potential security risk in the actual work, the kit can provide the assisted obstacle avoidance function by equipping millimeter-wave radar. It can effectively help avoid the serious consequence caused by sudden obstacles when the farmer is driving in the field or on the road. Especially for night work, automatic obstacle avoidance is indispensable to ensure the safe working of agricultural machinery. FJD Autonomous Tractor
FJD Autonomous Tractor is equipped with the technology of navigation, video-transmission, computer vision technology, and automatic control algorithm. It accomplished a great autonomous operation. The autonomous operation helps the farmers to be away from the noise, shaking, sunburn, and dust, which changes the whole working environment.
The latest electronic control gearbox is developed by FJ Dynamics. The main and auxiliary gearbox utilized lightweight and reliable synchronizer. Operations in various conditions will be more efficient because of the electronic gear shift.
With the self-developed automatic electronic control lifting system, the users can choose to reinforce or float control. It could automatically adjust the cultivation depth with a new control system, which makes the tractor more stable and the operation more efficient.
PTO housing is designed separately. And the electronic control wet clutch makes operation more convenient and easy to maintain.
The hydraulic system is more reliable because of the separation of hydraulic oil and gear oil. This would save the maintenance cost for customers. Meanwhile, an independent gear oil injection system makes the gear bearing fully lubricated and more durable.
FJD Smart Sprayer
FJD Smart Sprayer is one of the firsts fully autonomous sprayers in the world, based on deep agronomic skills. It provides convenient crop protection with the help of top automation, IoT technology, smart vehicle design, and a simple user interface.
The core of the autonomous operation is an algorithm. Through long-term observation of the plant protection work for rice, wheat, and other crops, we have developed a most optimized algorithm program to meet the simple and flexible operation requirements.
Remote Control mode is used to setpoints according to the characteristics of the working plots. Then farmers can achieve the optimal planning of the work path, reduce leakage, and avoid respray with the built-in path planning algorithm. Also, he can reuse the plot while the multiple work paths are consistent to reduce seedling pressure.
The Control Terminal and vehicle control box with the control algorithm inside precisely are controlling the steering of the whole vehicle as well as the actions of each actuator. Equipped with the antenna system and image transmission module, the sprayer can ensure the smooth flow of data links in multiple modes. The vehicle is supplemented with various sensors such as angle sensors, IMU, water level sensors, and multi-directional cameras. It can fully sense the driving status of the vehicle and monitor the operation process to ensure that the spraying operation runs safely and accurately according to the planned path.
Whether it is remote control driving or fully autonomous operation, the operator can stay away from the spraying site to avoid direct poisoning and reduce the harm of pesticides to human health. Compared with the traditional operation, the machine can operate normally even in the hot and humid summer season, so that people can avoid being exposed to the sun, reducing the damage of high temperature and ultraviolet rays to the human body.
FJD Smart Sprayer can operate according to the planned path. By controlling the traveling speed of the whole machine and ensuring the stable spray pressure, make the operation path be the shortest, fuel-efficient, and in good operation continuity. Especially in the tight and periodic plant protection operation season, as the labor intensity of the workers’ increases, the efficiency of the FJD Smart Sprayer is particularly significant.
The core components such as the engine, HST, or lifting device, are all guaranteed with high quality. The 25 horsepower engine is powerful, stable, and reliable. The whole vehicle is designed to be lightweight, combined with 1.1m ultra-high ground clearance, equipped with high and low-speed gearboxes, four-wheel steering, and four-wheel drive, the whole vehicle can work stably in both paddy and dry fields, even in deep mud ground. Equipped with high-quality plunger pumps and nozzles, it owns stable spray pressure, good atomization effect, strong penetration, and excellent spraying performance.
FJD Smart High-speed Rice Transplanter
FJD Smart High-speed Rice Transplanter is designed to meet the high demand for heavy transplanting tasks. In addition, combined with traditional mechanical automation, it achieves automatic navigation and transplanting move in various kinds of working fields.
Under smart mode, the path is automatically planned with aerial mapping method or by setting reference points in the field. This rice transplanter can conduct autonomous high-precision straight driving following the planned path.
FJD initiates an RTK-disconnected running mode. The navigation system keeps working within 20 minutes if the RTK signal is disconnected, with the precise IMU sensor. It reconnects once the signal recovers, which ensures the working efficiency during rice transplanting.
FJD also initiates automatic turning in the agri-vehicle industry. When the steering wheel is turned to a certain angle, the planting part automatically rises and cuts off the planting clutch to stop planting. The planting part descends automatically when turning to the planned operating path.
This rice transplanter has a low-speed anti-trap downshift which increases drive torque and has good passing performance in rotten fields. This reduces trapping frequency and improves safety efficiently.
